Better than the stuff we have to listen to today
As a teenager, I kinda enjoy listening to music from the 1900s to 2000s, such as Pink Floyd. I think this music is better than the "music" that our generation are listening to. You see, the 20s and 30s were a time when people actually put thought into songs. Now it's just "A BOOTY BOOTY YEA"

This is The California Ramblers
For some reason, the British Filmophone record was credited to "Al Dollar and his Ten Cents"; the original American issue was on the ARC/Brunswick Perfect label and credited The Varsity Eight. However, the session is detailed in Ed Kirkeby's payroll records; it's Billy Murray singing, and the California Ramblers playing.

I love the swing jazz sound, and Billy Murray's comical intonations are like icing on the cake!!!!

Good Melody, dumb lyrics
I liked the nelody here, quick brisk jazz, and this is very nice late Billy Murray, but the lyrics here are just plain stupid.

Well, I must say I like the song and the execution - linked to good jazz improvisation - it is always pleasure to hear
